How do I access my SuperCrew Video Streaming Subscription?

Immediately after you make your purchase, an email from deliveries@skypilotapp.com will be sent to the email address that you entered to create your account. Please save this email. This email will include a link to stream the SuperCrew videos. You must login to the account you created at checkout to stream the SuperCrew videos. Please check your spam folder, if you did not receive this email. 

Alternatively, after you have placed your order and paid, an order confirmation page will open. On that page, please click "Access Digital Content". This will open a new page, and you will have access to stream the entire SuperCrew series from your computer, mobile device, or tablet.

How fast does my Internet connection need to be for streaming content?

Below are the internet download speed recommendations for streaming SuperCrew Videos:

  • 3.0 Megabits per second - Recommended for SD quality

  • 5.0 Megabits per second - Recommended for HD quality

  • 25 Megabits per second - Recommended for Ultra HD quality

Can I stream content using my cellphone’s data plan?

If your phone has a hotspot feature, you may be able to use it as the Internet connection for your streaming media player. However, it can use up a lot of data quickly and even if you have an unlimited data plan, make sure that includes when you use the phone as a hotspot. A lot of times, it doesn’t apply to that situation.

Also note that cell service is often not always as strong, fast, or reliable as Wi-Fi, so you may have issues with buffering and picture quality.
